In 1958, NBC began airing a new television show titled Shirley Temple's Storybook, an American children's anthology series that was hosted and narrated by actress Shirley Temple. The series features adaptations of fairy tales like Mother Goose and other family-oriented stories performed by well-known actors. The first season of sixteen black-and-white and colored episodes aired on NBC between 12 January 1958, and 21 December 1958, as Shirley Temple's Storybook. Thirteen episodes of the first season re-ran on ABC beginning on 12 January 1959.[19] The second season of twenty-five color episodes aired on NBC as The Shirley Temple Show between 18 September 1960, and 16 July 1961 in much the same format that it had under its original title.
READ BOOK The Little Mermaid: A Coloring Book (Classic Coloring Book) 14
The Little Mermaid was originally planned as part of one of Walt Disney's earliest feature films, a proposed package film featuring vignettes of Hans Christian Andersen tales.[20] Development started in the late 1930s but was delayed due to various circumstances.[21] In 1985, Ron Clements became interested in a film adaptation of The Little Mermaid while he was serving as a director on The Great Mouse Detective (1986).[22] Clements discovered the Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale while browsing through a bookstore.[23] Believing the story provided an "ideal basis" for an animated feature film and keen on creating a film that took place underwater,[22] Clements wrote and presented a two-page treatment of Mermaid to Disney CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg, who approved of the idea for possible development the next day. While in production in the 1980s, the staff by chance found the original story and visual development work done by Kay Nielsen for Disney's proposed 1930s Andersen feature.[20] Many of the changes made by the staff in the 1930s to Hans Christian Andersen's original story were coincidentally the same as the changes made by Disney writers in the 1980s.[23]
The comic book adventure "Iron Man," which helped spearhead the massively successful Marvel Cinematic Universe; "The Little Mermaid," which launched a renaissance of Disney animated musicals; and the Billy Crystal-Meg Ryan romantic comedy "When Harry Met Sally," whose fake sex scene offered a punchline for the ages, are among the films named today to the Library of Congress' National Film Registry, aimed at preserving classic motion pictures for future generations.
One of the common complaints I saw in reviews was a lack of perforated pages. People want to take pages out of coloring books to make them easier to color (this is especially true for lefties), to display their finished page, or to make activity books easier for their child to use.

And then, of course, the trade war. Yeah, you're absolutely right. It is definitely shaking things up. Most economists will say the cost of the president's tariffs are being passed on to consumers, even if they're more or less hidden in the price of everyday items, and it's not something where you're really feeling the effect in your pocketbook. Had we seen an escalation in the trade war with China in particular, then you certainly would have seen it...
FALK: You know, I think the thing I've heard the most when I've talked to folks who are working at the shelters is that people need to understand that migrants have a legal right to claim asylum and that many of these people are families with little children. Everyone I've talked to in the shelters, you know, will point to a kid who's, you know, working on a coloring book or bouncing a little ball around and just say, you know, I wish you could see up close who is here.
SANDERS: If I can ask you to get a little personal for a bit - I know you're a reporter who covers this stuff, you know, by the book, but you're also a person who lives in this place that has become the focal point for one of the more contentious issues of our era. How do you feel in the midst of all this as an El Pasoan? Is that how you say it?
SANDERS: So we have seen Marie Kondo become one of the breakout stars of 2018 and 2019. She had a book all about tidying up and a Netflix series all about tidying up, in which she helped people tidy their spaces. And the heart of her theory was that anything in your house that doesn't bring you joy...
SANDERS: So Linda Koopersmith told Page Six that she published a book in 2005, and she shared that folding method first then. And she says that she used that method on her TV show Clean House for years and in YouTube videos. So in that quote, Koopersmith was saying, she stole my look.
Finally he had packed some clothes, his book about clouds, and his camera, and gone on his own. He had returned, voluble and relaxed, on Sunday evening and made a delicious roast chicken. And all the time, she thought, he had been with another woman. 2ff7e9595c
